Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are bright and happy. But unfortunately we are still filling gaps from students not being in school. Covid has impacted this age group significantly. They have yet to have a “normal” school year.
I am requesting carpet where everyone gets their own clean space to learn.
First graders are so social and we love carpet time. Sometimes my class size gets larger then 24 students and there are not enough places. We need a large new rug, to learn, have fun, and work with our friends. Please help me provide this space for my fabulous first graders! They will love it!
