Help me give my students and staff some needed supplies for their classroom including a horseshoe table, half moon tables for small groups, student rewards, and classroom tools.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
These purchases will help our ESOL students receive language services in a small group setting. ESOL teachers can deliver English Language lessons and students receive instant feedback when in small groups. ESOL students have more opportunities to use academic language in small groups. Our young English learners take instruction seriously and strive to be good citizens. They bring their best every day and truly appreciate all the opportunities afforded them in the United States.
The tables and whiteboards will be used to teach ESOL students in small groups, where they learn best.
The whiteboards are great for short response formative assessments. Book marks and stress balls are great incentives to engage young minds. Staff utilize the desktop items necessary for organization. Looking forward to the new additions!
