This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My little learners definitely work best when we use hands-on learning. They absolutely love small group time. It is an hour of our day dedicated to focusing on phonics, letter sounds, and reading.

My class would benefit from these extra hands-on activities to enhance their phonemic awareness and letter recognition.

My class enjoys our small group time, especially when we have our phonics centers out. I have five tables in my classroom and would love to have a center for each table.

The TPT gift card will help me get extra fun learning activities for my class! I plan to purchase sight word worksheets, letter identification games, and alphabet activities.

The ice-cream letter cones will help my students with letter identification and matching lower case and upper case, and the sight word mats will help increase their knowledge and help them recognize sight words. Lastly, the Very Hungry Caterpillar felt board will go great with our kindergarten book project!
