My Students
I teach at a Title I school that is one of the most diverse schools in the area. The students come from hard-working families and are absolutely amazing. My students are active and eager to learn.
My students are inquisitive and come to school with great attitudes each day.
My Project
I have a classroom with students at both ends of the reading spectrum. Some are high readers and could sit and read all day long. While others struggle with comprehension and fluency. I will use the resources requested to help my struggling readers and to enrich my higher students.
Every child should be given the chance to develop a love of reading and to become life long readers.
I want to build up my students confidence and help them overcome their struggles. I would use these tools in my small groups so each student can build upon their reading skills.
