This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
This project will help us with an activity we've done in the past for health education classes during our alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs unit. One of the activities was our fatal vision goggles students wore while completing stations that mimic how their motor skills would be impaired under the influence of alcohol. It's important students understand the risks, and dangers behind drinking and driving. We currently have 2 goggles, and could use one more set as we have 5 stations for this activity. We have 3 that are homemade, but aren't the best quality.
