Help me give my students the tools to be successful. We are f2f and they struggle with writing, so a printer is a must to increase writing skills. Our headphones are broken.
My students, even though they struggle each day with wearing masks all day long and are limited in movement through this pandemic, they still continue with a hunger for learning and having fun. Even though they have struggles in their academics and their home lives, they are special because they still show up and participate. They have learned so many social behaviors and have improved a lot. I love them because they don’t give up, they just keep trying and trying with dedication.
My Project
This printer will help students to be more successful in writing because we will have access to printed journals, worksheets, and papers that are necessary for students to practice their writing. It can help students to reflect on different cultures and diversity. It will help students to be able to express themselves through writing and creating. Students' headphones are always broken and they struggle to hear from their laptops and they are not able to keep the distraction sounds out when they are testing or working on their devices. I would like them to have the peace of mind to be able to test in a secure, quiet area with properly working headphones and computer mice.
