My Students
My pre-K scholars are amazing! They are the only full day class in our school. They are eager to learn and love being in school. Our school is very diverse and takes pride in welcoming and engaging all scholars and families. We are committed to creating a school where kids feel safe, loved, and motivated.
As a school, we take pride in creating an environment where we celebrate diversity, discuss and study racial equity, and "inspire all scholars to reach high levels of social and academic achievement, and to become future leaders through a collaborative system of support" (our school's mission statement).
My Project
In Pre-K we love to be creative! We paint, play with water, and sand. There are many things we do throughout the day that can cause us to be messy. We even play outside and in Minnesota, you never know what the weather will be like!
Having extra boots, mittens, and uniforms are perfect for those unplanned, messy situations.
Sometimes scholars need extra clothes or boots to keep them dry. I like having extras in our room just in case someone does not have them or forgot them at home. There are several times where we need extra items and we just don't have enough!
