Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
This year's 7th graders that I teach are learning more about how they fit into this world and the culture as a global citizen. To support this journey we will be completing current events on a global scale. With these Junior Scholastics subscriptions we will be able to explore news from around the world and how it impacts kids just like them. Th goal is to improve student geography, reading, and writing skills to prepare them for the 8th grade and to take on the world from a global lens.
