I am a Special Education teacher. This upcoming school year I will be teaching a 3rd-5th grade 12:1:1 special needs class. The students in my class have various disabilities ranging from learning disabilities to Autism. I am requesting Scholastic News so that my students can be exposed to current events and important information around the world. In addition, I am requesting board games and toys so that my students can have a chance to learn subjects while playing and interacting with their peers. I am hoping to have this center up and ready for when the school year begins in September.
