My Students
I have 30 wonderful 4th graders who love to learn.
My students make teaching fun.
Anything I ask my kiddos to do, they happily do. They make teaching so fun because they love learning! We love to have fun and find ways to play and learn in our classroom.
Your donation to our classroom is greatly appreciated. Without donors, my students would not have amazing resources, manipulatives, and materials. Thank you so much for taking the time to make a difference in these students lives.
My Project
Scholastic weekly newspapers will be an amazing resource for my students. They will enable them to read about relevant and engaging topics. Students will also get the opportunity to learn about how newspapers work and text features. Scholastic magazines are full of wonderful texts and graphics which will make reading and writing really engaging and fun.
The magazines will be a wonderful resource to help my students practice fluency, reading comprehension, oral language skills, and writing.
Using the newspaper to practice these reading, writing , and language skills will provide my 4th graders a real-world opportunity to read and discuss what they have read about. I am hoping when they take them home, the articles will spark discussions with their parents.
