My students need a class subscription to Scholastic's Magazine,'Let's Find Out,' to read interesting, informational articles!

My Students
Do you remember being young and wanting to read the newspaper and magazines that you saw everyone else reading? This class subscription will allow my students to read a magazine every week and learn information!
My kindergarten students are so excited about learning to read.
They pretend to read everything they can get their hands on. You will find them reading in their book nooks, dramatic play area, art area and reading all the words and charts on the wall. They love to read and love to share what they read. My students want to share information and are always so excited to share something "new" with you.
My Project
Scholastic magazine, "Let's Find Out," is a weekly magazine that will be delivered to the classroom filled with stories, colorful pictures and information. The stories and pictures are age appropriate and interesting that will encourage my students to learn many science and social studies topics. This subscription also comes with a great resource, a "big book" edition for me! This will allow me to share the text with the students while they read and follow along with their very own magazine. I will be able to help my students learn the parts of a magazine and direct them towards important information that the magazine is offering each week. This subscription will also bridge a home-school connection. Every week my students will get to take home their magazine and share with their families. What a great discussion to have at the family dinner table!
With your donation my students will receive a new magazine every week.
You will be encouraging my students as readers every week and directly giving my students something to take home to their parents to share. It doesn't get much better than that!
