My Project
Working with the students in our extended day program is one of the best parts of the day! The students and I get to explore topics that they want to learn more in-depth about like art, science, and engineering for example. Some of the ways we will use our materials will be by doing further art exploration with line design and perception, conducting more experiments, making a display of their work, and learning for the whole school community to enjoy.
S.T.E.M.
is very important for my students to experience and be involved in with 85% or more jobs being S.T.E.M. based. Making sure that my students are exposed to activities and materials (marble runs, Play-Doh, origami paper, etc.) that will help grow their curiosity is my job and my students are to reap the benefits.
