My students need pencils, file folders, sheet protectors, and markers to help us with organization as well as materials for learning centers.
FULLY FUNDED! Ms. Acer's classroom raised $181
This project is fully funded
My Students
Our students come from predominantly low-income families. We are a Title I school which means 90% of our students receive free or reduced-price lunch. That fact by no means diminishes their levels of intelligence. My students are very eager to learn and love to give the right answers. They still love school at this age and overcome struggles with a smile. With that being said, we are lacking some of the basic materials we need to be successful.
My Project
We are already in need of pencils to get through the school year. Our class also needs file folders and protective sheet covers for many of the center activities we create to make learning fun and hands on. Copies are very limited at our school and ink is needed so that we can print our writing as well as necessary learning materials. The students love working in small groups to problem solve when learning is done through games. They love to express themselves through writing as well. We need some of the basics to help make learning exciting and hands on.
Nearly all students from low‑income households
