This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students have been creating items with heat press materials and permanent vinyl. They have been able to make presidential election posters and so much more. The students have also learned how to use graphic design software to set up their projects.
When the students express their understanding through Art, it gives them another outlet to prove understanding of the material.
We will make T-Shirts, and posters with the requested materials. The students will bring in their own shirts and decorate them with historical elements. We will also make some posters to display our understanding of History.
