My students are inquisitive and at an age where they are learning to define themselves. They are smart, kind, and funny. I want to help foster who they are and help them be confident in themselves. The materials in the project will do just that.
Students learn best in a safe and encouraging environment and these materials will help create just that.
The art materials will allow students to not only participate in lessons and activities but make it their own. We will be working on print making and finding new ways for them to self reflect.
In addition the wobble seats will help to make sure everyone feels equal, welcomed and accepted no matter their movement and comfort needs. with this project my amazing students will be able to use art to express who they are and who they want to become.
