This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This project is designed to promote mental health awareness and provide stress relief through creative expression. We will set up art therapy stations where participants can create personalized T-shirts and other crafts using our variety of Heat Transfer Vinyls, including glitter and boho styles from HTVSTD and the comprehensive bundle. These stations will be equipped with essential tools like the Cricut EasyPress Mat and carrying case, Teflon sheets, and heat press machines to ensure a smooth crafting experience.

Our goal is to create a supportive environment where community members can relax, express themselves, and learn more about mental health through art.

Participants can also engage in coloring activities with the 'Mental Health Art Therapy Self-Care Coloring Book,' which is filled with motivational quotes and stress-relieving patterns. We'll distribute mental health awareness stickers, which can be used to personalize belongings and spread awareness. Additionally, adidas refillable water bottles will be provided to encourage hydration throughout the event.
