Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
In our Title 1 school, we have been helping students take control of their learning. These tools will go a long way to help students be able to work through their studies by giving them space to work out their thinking.
Every student deserves to try and be able to fix the things they got wrong.
With Expos and dry erase boards, students can work through problems and have a low risk answer that can be quickly changed when they find they were incorrect in their thinking.
Each student in my class is working to take hold of their education through areas of collaboration and self exploration. They are excited to have new ways to express their thoughts and ideas.
