This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our world is full of information. Information that is very important for everyone to learn. Some people might learn this information by actually being present while it occurs. However, we know that not everyone can be present or travel to different places.
Therefore, thanks to the Scholastic News magazine, every child has the opportunity to learn and explore past and present information from around the world.
The magazines also provide students with ways that they can learn this information. It also gives them the chance to learn and develop new reading skills that will support their comprehension.
