This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am a fourth-year Transitional Kindergarten teacher, and I love my job. I love watching my 20 little children learn through exploring and playing. At the age of four, children's little minds are like sponges, and they develop a great deal of learning through play.

The purchase of these ramps and towers would allow my students to engage in outdoor learning through play.

We currently have a single water table in our outdoor play area, and I'd love to add some more activities for them to learn and grow from. I can see them combining the towers with the water table and making water slides for the little balls to go down. The conversations students would have while playing with the ramps are open-ended.
