Help me give my students tried and true early childhood science and literacy experiences!
FULLY FUNDED! Ms. LaBonté's classroom raised $528

My Project
My students are curious and enthusiastic five- and six- years old, ethnically and linguistically diverse. For many in my English class, this is their first school experience. They are enthusiastic learners and love activities they can touch, see, and talk about. They love hands-on exploration and learning!
In the past, generous donors have funded butterflies in the classroom kits and Scholastic Let's Find Out Magazines and I hope to keep the tradition going!
These two science activities have been very exciting and motivating as children see the life cycle of a butterfly emerging in the classroom. And having the opportunity to learn about the world around them via the Let's Find Out Magazine. I am hoping to fund these projects again (as well as to receive a Bluetooth speaker for when we are using the digital version of the Scholastic magazine and watching related non-fiction videos).
