My Project
My AP Language/Dual Enrollment course has doubled in size and I need the resources to help them finish the year successfully. After a long year of reading, analyzing and discussing rhetoric, specifically of the non-fiction kind, students are ready to tackle a larger topic on a larger scale.
Students will have the choice between 6 non-fiction books that tackle important issues, concepts and ideas in our world today.
This book club gives them the tools necessary to have an intellectual conversation, and perhaps disagreement, with their peers. It is a culminating activity that previous classes have always enjoyed.
