Exploring Entrepreneurship for ALL Students!

Help me give my students cricut materials and a fabric press to explore entrepreneurship by creating unique items in our Makerspace room!

My Students

I am a School Counselor in a K-4 Elementary School with 500 students in Norristown, PA. They are amazing innovators, creative thinkers and work endlessly with empathy and compassion to take care of self, others and things.

Each student in our building comes to school excited and ready to learn.

They engage in many opportunities in our curriculum, technology such as Spheros and coding, a Makerspace room, a Relaxation room, and a safe environment through our PBIS program. Our staff works hard to provide these programs and other innovative ideas to our students at our school.

My Project

Paul V. Fly Elementary School students are creative learners who love to explore hands-on activities in our Makerspace Room. We recently received a cricut machine through donor's choose to create a sensory pathway so we want to put it to additional use!

Chapter 339 allows our students to explore career readiness that also includes the idea of entrepreneurship!

We will use the materials that we are asking for student creations such as designing their own t-shirts, mugs, and signs. Students will have the opportunity to "sell" these items in the school store using our schoolwide bucks incentive program. We can't wait to begin 'Exploring Entrepreneurship!"
