This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are curious, creative, and ready to explore different types of artmaking. They are anxious to try new things and utilize their energy in a safe and creative way. Unfortunately, we do not have access to a lot of these different materials and supplies. These materials will enable students to create and experiment with different types of art and materials. Students will explore 2-d art as well as 3-d art. Some materials that are requested are daily basic needs while others will be specific to a variety of different projects. We will be working on drawing; painting, clay, printmaking, and collage work.
