Help me give my students an iPad that will allow us to learn on the go. They are a very curious group and bring up great questions when we explore outside.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are only in the first grade and have already lived through so many life changes. Many of them have moved here from other countries to learn a new language and culture. As if that weren't enough they had to adjust to living during a pandemic and its impact on how they learned.
These students are truly an inspiration as they continue to come to school everyday full of curiosity and taste for knowledge.
My students are always pushing their learning to new levels asking questions. I wish there were more time in the day to answer everything.
This iPad will feed their curiosity even when we are not in the classroom. When we get time outdoors the students love to explore and find new things to learn about. The class can use the iPad to research, take pictures, and record information.
