My Project

We are planning a STEAM Fair for our elementary students. It will be a night of fun and exploration to learn about a variety of science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics (STEAM) concepts.

What better way to learn STEAM concepts than by being able to independently create and explore.

Students will be able to compose music and create their own musical instruments. They will learn different ways to create art including pendulum painting, creating motion pictures with zoetropes, and even create their own 3D hologram projectors. They will also get the chance to participate in building challenges involving a variety of building materials, including cups, Legos, building blocks and more. Additionally, community members will be available to share with students and families how STEAM concepts play an important role in their careers and everyday lives.

This night is a huge undertaking and be able to have enough supplies for all students to have hands on opportunities is key to its success In order to provide all of these activities to over 200 students and their families, we appreciate your help in providing the many supplies necessary.
