My Project
Dear Donors,
Imagine a classroom where curiosity blooms like wildflowers, where students peek through binoculars to spot birds, paint under the trees, and explore the beauty of national parks through vivid vintage posters and engaging picture books.
That’s the classroom I’m creating.
My 4th graders are energetic, imaginative learners who thrive when education goes beyond the textbook. We live in a rural community with great open spaces but limited funding for extras. With your help, I want to bring environmental education to life with tools that engage their senses, spark questions, and foster a lasting connection to our planet.
To do this, our classroom needs:
Environmental games that teach sustainability in fun, hands-on ways
Bird field guides and binoculars to explore the rich wildlife around us
Engaging picture books focused on nature and conservation
Watercolor paper so students can paint what they observe outdoors
Vintage national park posters to set an inspiring tone in our learning space
These resources will help us build science skills, literacy, creativity, and most importantly—a lifelong respect for nature. Students will not just learn about the Earth, they’ll learn to love and celebrate it. Thank you for supporting future scientists, artists, and environmental leaders.
