My Project
The manipulatives I am asking for will help benefit my Kindergarten students in several ways. 5-year-olds learn a lot of social-emotional skills through play. The blocks and different items will be great tools as they build, explore, share, and work as a team during activities. I have also included light table accessories as we just received a light table this year. These will be a perfect addition to our classroom for the students to use as they learn the skills we are working on in class. Having these options makes it more fun and engaging as well as meets several learning styles.
I teach in a Title I school system and these materials would give some of my students opportunities they never would have before. They are the best group of students and have such a desire to learn. It would be such a blessing to have this project fully funded.
