Help me give my students the ability to create and program individual creative projects.

My Students
The students in my school are disadvantaged and most do not access to computers at home. We have implemented a Computer Science Program at the school which gives them this access. However, we want them to experience other technology so they can utilize these skills in their future careers.
They would love to give K-2 students the opportunity to be able to design, code and programs on iPads which is the only technology that can be used for the scratch jr, program.
I have been working with them on the program for 2 years but they have not been able to work individually since we don't have enough iPads for a class. Students need to be able to express their creativity to grow as individuals.
My Project
The scratch jr. software projects I have assigned to iPads are designed to incorporate math, science, and art within a STEAM project.
The students first learn how to create and paint a scene, then they add dialogue and movement.
The projects include specific habitats, action, places and the programming of stories they wrote. And, they even learn to create simple games. Their favorite is playing tag with characters programmed to touch each other. Next, I challenge them to design, write code and program them.
The iPads are also used with the ESL community since the program can be used in Spanish.
More than three‑quarters of students from low‑income households
