My Project
Our intelligent, curious, and creative artists would appreciate the number of different ways they'll be able to express themselves through the use of these materials.
The best way to find the perfect outlet for self-expression is by trying out new art mediums.
Our art room currently has a very limited assortment of supplies/mediums to work with this year. These materials will aid our PreK-8th grade students' minds in exploring the world around us through textiles, sculpture, painting, drawing, collaging, and sensory experiences.
As of right now, I only have construction paper, tempera paint, crayons, markers, and pastels. Using materials like the ones listed will improve fine motor and problem solving skills and sensory needs, that they cannot with just the use of crayons, markers, and watercolor paints that we currently have.
