Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
Our students arrive to our school eager to learn. They are polite and generous, and they strive to be the best they can be. They know that with an education, they can succeed in life and help improve on the lives that they have now.
Our students come in with an eagerness to learn through hands on experiences and cooperative learning.
The students use the materials they are given and do the very best they can with them. They are eager to learn new activities and how to apply them in their daily lives.
My Project
The materials used in this class is going to give the students a greater appreciation of the sports we play in class. They will also get to experience new sports and lessons that will help them establish good communication and teamwork. Since most of the materials all revolve around team sports, they will help the students work together in a common goal to ensure during games.
The materials we gather are also helpful to give all the students a chance to participate and practice certain skills and abilities.
Sometimes in PE, there may not be enough materials to go around and one or two students may get to try an experience only once. This will give the student the opportunity to participate and learn new skills during class.
