My Project
My students are starting their first year in middle school as 6th graders. They are extremely excited to experience STEAM as a full-on course.
Students will use their creativity to engineer and bring to life a physical 3d printed model of their creation.
We have a functioning 3d printer, but we are in need of filament to continue to produce a physical item my students create. In my class, students will also be introduced to coding. With the composition books, students will be able to compile the basics of Python language coding and use it to make programs. Finally, students will use newer technology to create art pieces that we can physically print out and showcase student art to the school.
