My Project
I am asking for your support to purchase new books for my classroom. I am asking for a variety of picture books, books for our units of study, and social-emotional books for my scholars. Integrating math and literacy is something we do every single day in our classroom, and books are used for that purpose. After many years of use, we could use some new books.
Many of the books in my classroom have become damaged as a result of being in a very old building.
I want my students to have access to a variety of books, as other neighboring districts do. Not only are books crucial to developing the skills of a reader, but it also helps develop a love of reading.
