My Project
Students in our county do not have the luxuries of students in other counties'. Our county is very poor and many students do not get the experiences of participating in sports outside of Physical Education class, hence why I try to incorporate a wide array of sports so students can experience as many as they can and find out what they love at a young age.
By having this equipment donated it would help students be able to build lifelong healthy habits by finding a sport they may truly love at heart and be able to play recreationally as well as competitively.
This will help students be most importantly active as well as learning a whole new sport along the way! I've had a lot of students ask about volleyball and baseball specifically and I hate that everytime they ask I have to tell them we have to wait until we get equipment.
