My Project
Help give my students comfortable seating during small group instruction. When teaching my students in a smaller group size at their academic level these stools make it so I am able to teach in a different area of the classroom.
Moving these stools is easiest and safer than moving chairs around the classroom and provides students with an exciting place to sit when working on challenging material.
It will also help reduce transition time so they can get the max amount of learning time.
These stools will also help make our classroom cozy and feel like home. As well as keeping students excited and engaged when taking on challenge reading and math activities. My students currently move their classroom chairs around the room and this takes up teaching time and often creates a distraction to other students who are working on a task.
My students favorite part of the day is small group instruction since they get more attention from me and I am able to provide feedback right away. Small group instruction is what has helped my students be so successful in their academics.
