My Project
Our school encourages the students to be peaceful, positive, and have productive behaviors. Incentives have a positive impact on a student's academic performance. Incentives can also help to "boost" a student's confidence level and encourage hard work. It can be challenging to teach a class that is not motivated or has disruptive behavior, but positive incentives can create a motivating classroom environment.
The incentives, including surprise toys and dolls, will provide rewards for students who demonstrate peaceful, positive, and productive behaviors and are working hard as well.
They will show our children how much they are cared for.
As a teacher, I try to encourage and give intrinsic and extrinsic incentives for a job well done in the classroom.
