My Project

Our third graders have become excellent readers, and are requesting more chapter books for the classroom library. In an integrated co-teaching setting, we have a wide range of students whom all deserve access to engaging books. This project would provide entire series of books, so that they can read all books in a popular series.

With the ever increasing time on screens in schools, keeping students excited about physical books is very important to me.

Introducing students to book series shows them that they can follow a character across books. Over the years, some of these books have gone missing. This project would breathe new life into our library and keep our readers excited about reading chapter books!
