My Project

My third graders are full of life and ready to learn every day. One of my favorite questions to answer is, "Can I take this book home to read?"

My favorite part of being an educator is building lifelong readers!

Graphic novels and high interest series engage readers and encourage them to try something different.

Many students build their love of reading starting with graphic novels and then learn to love all types of books! The books in this project will reach a variety of readers.

Graphic novels and high interest books in a series are a great way to reach struggling and reluctant readers. The ones we have fly off the shelves! Having books the students enjoy reading is key to growing them into lifelong readers!
