Exciting and True: High Interest Non-Fiction Books for Curious Readers

My Project
My students love our library area in the classroom; it is one of the most visited areas in our classroom! As I prepare for the upcoming school year, I would like to add new non-fiction books to our library to give the incoming students some more variety.
These non-fiction books will support my new students' developing connection to print on the page by giving them the opportunity to choose books that interest them.
The best way to increase reading ability is to read more, and these books will continue to help my new students develop their emerging reading abilities. This year, students already have shown an astonishing interest in reading, and this project will only help enrich my new students' experiences with the printed word, in the form of engaging non-fiction text. I am trying to get new and exciting non-fiction titles into my library, and you can help!
