My Students

I have a class full of 28 creative, curious and determined students! During this pandemic, they have persevered every day of distance learning. We are excited to be able to return to in person learning! We are always looking for new ways to keep students safe on campus!

My Project

Due to our large class sizes this year and the health and safety guidelines due to COVID, a lot of these supplies will be put to good use! Our rainbow table will be used to safely conduct small group learning. This allows the students to be side by side and only the teaching having face to face contact with the students. The individual whiteboards will allow for independent work during group learning and will minimize students sharing supplies. The flexible seating option will be great for students who were used to having more space during distance learning and for those students needing to move.

Due to COVID restrictions, our recess areas are only changed week to week.

There are some recess areas that do not have anything to play with. Having a portable basketball hoop and ball will allow students to enjoy being outside no matter which recess area we are assigned to for the week.
