Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are eager learners! My program is a state funded program which serves low-income families. All my students qualify for free lunch and we are part of a pilot inclusion program for the second year. All of my students regardless of their needs like to be challenged.

My Project

During the Covid-19 pandemic it has been very difficult. Teachers and students/families have encountered many challenges.

My teaching skills will be more accessible to my students.

By having an easel, students will be able to visually see and learn. Children at the age of 3-4 learn better when they see what is being taught to them.

My students will be able to interact with the lesson while it is being taught. I’m excited to an great year. I know that once I return to school to teach in class these material will still be useful for me and my students!
