Who doesn't love a little treat to motivate them? I can tell you that my kids love a little something to remind them they are doing a great job. We use Class Dojo and PBIS to track the excellent behavior of our students. Every time a student is caught displaying role model behavior, they are given points.
I like to reward our top 5 students in each of my classes each week to give them more manageable goals to work towards.
I have chosen rock candy, pop rocks, tootsie pops, and other fun candy to give as a prize for working so hard. We set goals each week and the top 5 users of the platforms will be able to earn one of the prizes! They earn these prizes, and parents are able to see the hard work their students are putting in each day at school. Thank you for helping us!
