My Project

Social-emotional learning (SEL) is an important aspect to every student's school success. In order to be ready and able to receive academic instruction, our students social-emotional needs must be met. Help our students learn the tools and strategies they can use to appropriately and effectively manage their emotions and social conflicts. Students experience a range of emotions and don't always know how to manage them appropriately. We want to help them with this and be proactive in addressing their needs and building their tool boxes with appropriate coping skills.

The requested items will be used by a student services team member to work with students in small groups to provide direct instruction for the social-emotional skills the students need to achieve success.
