This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I teach in a third-grade ENL/ICT classroom. Working at a public school in New York City, I'm blessed to experience diversity daily. come from an array of different backgrounds from all around the world and have different needs including English language learners, students with special needs, and from low-income backgrounds. Students arrive to school each day determined to persevere through the rigorous curriculum, encouraging each other along the way, and becoming closer to a family each day! My school is a Title I school, comprised of about 1,000 children.
The color printer will provide our students with more engaging visuals to understand activities that we use to learn in our classroom.
The printer will be helpful with creating colored charts to use during small group activities. The color printer and copy paper will also enable us to create various visual aids, charts, activities, and assignments for our students.
With the wireless capability, students can use the color printer. The color printer and ink will make our students' learning more fun because the color is engaging. The printer will make our daily activities more fun and visually appealing. Planning and preparing activities will be more efficient using the color printer. The color printer will provide our students with more engaging visuals to understand activities that we use to learn in the classroom.
