Help me give my students the essential equipment needed for them to elevate this program to new heights. We're ready to transform the culture of this program; however, it starts with training. Thorough planning leads to successful outcomes.
All of our student athletes want to experience the thrill of showcasing their skills in front of their loved ones at least once in their lives. Our team is no different; however, there are many things needed to properly train them to excel in the sport the right way.
The cones and the electronic timer will provide an opportunity for the student athletes to measure their speed and experience real-time feedback.
This helps them understand the essential idea of quickness and power in relation to the time required to excel. It is also boosting the self-assurance they need. Resistance bands are excellent for student athletes, allowing them to refine their abilities on their own, build confidence, and prepare their bodies for movement with added resistance. This training will enhance their speed and explosiveness when the bands are removed. As they progress, they will participate in both team and individual exercises to improve their abilities. We can utilize these both indoors and outdoors without any additional gear for practice. The medicine balls will play multiple roles in the program for the student athletes. First and foremost, it will give all students a chance to unleash their energy without physical contact with another player, thus reducing the risk of injury before the season starts. These are just a handful of the crucial elements that highlight the significance of this equipment for the future of this program.
