Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I teach in a first grade classroom in inner-city Phoenix. Our district is 100% free breakfast and lunch and services 3 homeless shelters in the area. It is my goal to have every student experience success in learning everyday they are in school. It is very important that their educational needs are met through many modalities through out the day.
I must provide individual instruction that is specific to each learner.
With the use of personal headphones, my students will be able to spend time each day working independently, without outside noise and distractions. These headphones need to be provided by the classroom for all of my students! It is my hope that this can be possible for my students!
