My Project
I work with a great bunch of energetic students in small groups throughout the day.
My students are energetic and eager to learn.
Our school is a high need, Title I school. I provide small group and individual speech and language therapy to students in grades K through 5. Our speech room is great this year but we do not have the right sized table.
We are really hoping for this adjustable height table and chair set to help us work more comfortably and effectively in our small groups. The table we currently have is a large, banquet style folding table and only one student chair! This table is more suited towards 3rd grade and up so for the younger students, their little feet can't reach the floor. That causes them to be more distracted. This smaller table also helps promote the small group interaction, with each student in my reach and allows all of us to be more easily engaged with each other throughout the session.
This adjustable height table and chair sett will really help us work more effectively in our small groups. It is low enough to allow my younger students to sit comfortably with feet flat on the floor to help them stay focused. The small surface area is ideal for small group interaction.
