Help me give my students their own white boards for interactive, at home lessons!
FULLY FUNDED! Ms. Fluck's classroom raised $345

My Students
My first-grade students come from various backgrounds from inner-city Philadelphia. My students are very hardworking and motivated to learn all the time. They absolutely love hands-on activities, reading, and any project that allows them to be challenged while being creative. They have so much potential to be awesome readers, writers, and mathematicians, and I am hoping that with a little extra push they will all be successful and remember their first-grade class as the best class they ever had!
My Project
During the pandemic, teaching little ones has become a big challenge. Engaging young learners is so difficult online. Have you ever tried to get a 6 year old to use an online white board? It's not fun!
So this project has one main goal: WHITE BOARDS FOR EVERYONE!
This may not seem like a big deal, but trust me, we use these for everything. Practicing counting, adding, subtracting, letters, writing our names, writing sentences, adding illustrations to our journals, doing a quick check for understanding, all can be done with a simple white board. But buying a board and markers for 25-30 students can be pricey. I cannot tell you how much it would mean to me for your support in providing these white boards to my new little scholars. They will definitely be put to good use! :
