My Project

Though the school year is winding down and end of year testing often seems like a sort of benchmark to the end of "regular" days - every day counts! My students love to learn and will be engaged in math, literacy, and many other activities up until the very last day of school. Recently, many of them have been very interested in two + player learning games so I would love to get them some new activities around music and math that support this desire.

Every day is a new opportunity to spark learning and interest in a new subject.

I know that the new, physical games, will be incredibly popular! There are literally thousands of other games that I am able to purchase on Teachers Pay Teachers which I can then print, laminate, and prep before adding them to the classroom shelves for students to enjoy. Students absolutely love to measure things and the kitchen scale will allow them to test out different quantities and develop a deeper understanding of different measurement weights. Lastly, the cardboard tools will be put to full use when we have STEM afternoons in the last few weeks of school and create our own cardboard robots after finishing the book, The Wild Robot. We sometimes preserve memories through taking a instax snapshot for students to remember their day by and they really look forward to this as well. Thank you for making the end of our school year the best that it can be!
