Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am hoping this project will be funded for my sweet babies who struggle with academics, as well as my inclusion students, who have a story to tell.

Every child is an artist in their own way.

Some can create a picture with words and others that may struggle with this, can just CREATE!

I want all of my students to shine and this means, finding ways to let them do this! With these amazing and unique art supplies, my students will be able to use their artistic talents to tell a story through art just as others tell it through writing.

It is my hope that these specific supplies, being different than "regular old crayons," would inspire both those students who need me to help them, put words to their thoughts/pictures, as well as extend the creativity of those who can write on their own.

Being a low-income, Title I school, my students only get the "extras" that I personally purchase for them which can get pricey but are so well deserved. I want my students to be able to express themselves in any format they can and with your help, my sweet strugglers and some friends with special needs, will have a chance to feel the satisfaction of a job well done!
