Event Planning Classroom Transformation

My Project

We are located in the middle of Ward 8 in Washington DC. Our school is a Title 1 school that provides education to the underserved community in our Nation's Capital.

One of the courses my students participate in is Event Planning.

We are preparing our scholars to be able to create, plan and execute an event using the information we are learning in the class. We want to transform our classroom into an event space-being able to put our knowledge to application. Creating a real-world example of event planning, we are in need of several items to help us transform our classroom to execute a real event. The cocktail high-top tables would help the students create an elegant environment, and the balloon arches and columns would help the students turn the space into dynamic works of art through balloon art.

Your help would be GREATLY appreciated to help our scholars get the hands on experience in creating school and community-based events.
